The fuel price schedule may be delayed today, according to press information, because the Minister of Energy and Water Walid Fayyad, and the Director General of Oil and Gas Departmenta, Aurour Feghali are on a visit with an accompanying delegation to Egypt.

According to circulated information, “the new schedule will witness an increase in the price of gasoline, as the dollar will be calculated at the exchange rate of 17,000 LBP, after it was calculated previously at the exchange rate of 14,000 LBP.”
