A number of young men from the people of the Abra region – east of Sidon, were able to arrest a thief who robbed a money transfer office and assaulted an employee in it by hitting her with a sharp object on the head, injuring her, and seizing a sum of money, trying to escape with it.

The thief who carried out the robbery in broad daylight did not manage to escape from the hands of some of the locals who were surprised by the employee coming out of the shop screaming and pointing to him. They followed him to one of the internal streets, until the arrival of the security forces.
