After the new measure taken by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation which bans people receiving arriving passengers from entering into the arrival hall of Rafic Hariri International Airport – Beirut, as well as preventing departing passengers from bidding farewell inside the departure hall, crowds were absent from the vicinity of the airport, and the movement seemed shy.
