Caretaker Minister of Finance, Dr. Ghazi Wazni, on Tuesday signed and referred to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers a draft decree to allow the Higher Relief Commission a treasury advance of LBP 75 billion to complete the fifth phase of the cabinet’s social plan.

This plan aims to help families that suffer severe living conditions due to the measures taken to help curb the Coronavirus.
