After the conclusion of the iftar in honor of the spiritual leaders, Saudi Ambassador Waleed Al-Bukhari stated, “the banquet embodies Saudi Arabia’s role in spreading the culture of peace and its quest to improve ways of coexistence, and there is a Saudi-French partnership that has translated into the establishment of a joint fund, and the signing of a joint fund will be signed.”

In response to a question about the elections, the ambassador stated, “We do not interfere in domestic processes, and these matters are sovereign, but we hope for a positive trend toward the democratic process.”
