In a statement, the Ministry of Education and Higher Education called on Lebanese students abroad who wish to benefit from financial grants in accordance with Decree No. 7357 to accept a donation from the Lebanese Tobacco and Tobacco Management Administration (Reggie), provided exclusively to help Lebanese students studying abroad at their own expense, “The need to wait in submitting applications, and to follow up on what is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on the mechanism for implementing this issue, especially since it is the authority authorized to receive applications through embassies and diplomatic missions deployed abroad.”
