Energy Minister Walid Fayyad confirmed that he was not satisfied with the budget approach and what matters is the end result.

Before leaving the cabinet session, Fayyad said, heading to the Syrian-Lebanese border to meet with the Syrian Minister of Energy, “The discussion did not reach the exceptional powers required for the Minister of Finance, but more discussions will take place, and we expect that the electrical supply will improve in the spring.”
