The Department of Meteorology at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation predicted that tomorrow the weather will be cloudy to partly cloudy, with a decrease in temperatures on the coast and without modification in the mountainous and interior regions.
Fog forms on the heights, and sporadic rains fall, sometimes heavy, during the morning period, and snow falls at an altitude of 2,200 meters, provided that the weather gradually improves from noon and the rain recedes to settle as of evening.

The following bulletin stated:

– The general situation: Relatively cold air masses gradually affecting Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean, starting this morning, Wednesday, and the weather turns to volatile and rainy at times until noon tomorrow, Thursday, when it gradually settles, and an area of high atmospheric pressure dominates, starting from Friday. The average temperature for December in Beirut ranges from 13 to 21 degrees.

– The expected weather in Lebanon:

Wednesday: Cloudy with a noticeable decrease in temperatures and heavy fog at times on the heights. Scattered rain falls during the morning period, its intensity intensifies as of noon, especially in the coastal areas with lightning, thunder and active winds. Hail is also expected in the north, and we warn of the formation of torrents sometimes. Snow falls at an altitude of 2200 metres.

Thursday: Cloudy to partly cloudy with a decrease in temperatures on the coast and without modification in the mountainous and interior areas. Fog forms on the heights, and sporadic rains fall, sometimes heavy, during the morning period. Snow falls at an altitude of 2200 meters, provided that the weather gradually improves from noon and the rain recedes to settle as of evening.

Friday: cloudy to partly cloudy with high clouds and the onset of a rise in temperatures.

Saturday: Very few clouds in general, with an additional rise in temperatures, especially on the mountains and indoors.
