The Judges Assistance Committee called for a complete cessation of all administrative work in all departments, except for what is related to legal deadlines and releases only, starting next Monday.

The committee said in a statement: “In view of the difficult and catastrophic living conditions that we have reached, and since the horizon for solutions appears to be closed, we call, starting next Monday, to stop all administrative work in all departments completely, except for what is related to legal deadlines, and releases only.”

The statement added: “Each head of the registry determines what he deems appropriate with a minimum attendance, stop seizing minutes of sessions in all courts, including those of detainees, and review the committee that will keep its meetings open in any emergency matter.”
