Caretaker Minister Hamad Hassan, sent, via Al-Jazeera, an appeal to evacuate the wounded from the explosion of the town of Al-Tleil in Akkar, outside Lebanon.

Hassan announced that the death toll had risen to 22, while the number of wounded reached more than 79, in the explosion of a fuel tanker in the town of Al-Tallil in the northern Akkar region.
